Returns

Customers have the right to return physical goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

the item must be in its original condition and packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact the Seller via email before sending the item back.
Returned items sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Refunds
